Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
Manage, mentor and train, all superintendents assigned to the South and Southeast regions.
Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
Identify areas of improvement within the contract scope and communicate them to the project team for evaluation of VAPs.
Oversee all scheduling and project assignments for your team of superintendents.
Ensure contract compliancy of subcontractors and scope of work.
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to quality of work or scheduling.
Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Walk projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
Leadership – Oversees and directs the work of superintendents and subcontractors; ensures deficiencies identified by the project team are corrected; assists with hiring and staffing decisions; reviews and approves time off requests, expenses, and schedules; assigns projects and responsibilities; manages performance and carries out other supervisory duties as assigned.
Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
Work is performed at construction sites in various weather conditions.
Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.

Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.

Assist in hiring sub-tier employees as well as other Site Superintendents.
Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
Maintain the Rotational Schedule for all superintendents and fill-in as necessary to provide the required project oversight.
Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
Preside at pre-construction meeting with each subcontractor.
Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
Travel to project job sites both locally and out of town as projects are assigned.
Attendance/Punctuality– Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
Travel to multiple manufacturing sites to conduct quality control inspections.
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
