- Coach and develop Lean Assoc. Directors, senior leaders to model Lean behaviors, and resource for advance training - expected to teach advanced level courses.

- Align strategic goals with daily operations using frameworks like Hoshin Kanri & Lean Maturity Models, while ensuring all levels of the company work towards the same objectives.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to drive process improvements in key areas.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability and success.
- Facilitate Obeya Room Set-ups, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen workshops, Daily Work Installations, and driving action closure.
