Responsible for the PM Group budget (hours) control and alignment with the clients expectations.
Develop and manage the Commissioning Plan, aligned with project objectives and data center reliability standards.
Lead and coordinate commissioning activities of GC and vendors as part of L4 and L5 requirements.
Liaise and support all project deliverables required for a successful handover to Operations.
Representing the PM Group Cx team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
To work alongside existing PM Group and client engineers, managers, and directors.
Required to provide regular updates to the client on Cx program health
Manage commissioning effort in line with agreed PM Group budget and client expectations.
Ensure commissioning activities are executed safely and in compliance with grid, environmental, and applicable codes and standards.
Provide regular progress, risk, and readiness reporting to the client.
Act as the client’s commissioning authority for the project.
Validate commissioning activities from mechanical completion through to energisation.
Verify critical operating scenarios including black start, islanding, synchronization, load sharing, and failover.
Oversee systems-based commissioning of generators, BESS, electrical distribution, protection, control, SCADA systems and house services.
Plan and oversee performance, reliability, and acceptance testing, including integrated generator and BESS operation.

Motivated and result driven resource with 10+ years of commissioning experience in the Mission Critical sector and project delivery
Ability to develop new insights into situations and apply innovative and diverse solutions to make improvements. Recognizes and understands the concept and importance of Knowledge Management, especially in a service industry. Creates an inclusive work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation
Solid background on how to safely start up and execute Cx programs, whether at site installations or at vendors premises. Ensure that all parties engaged with the process can perform their tasks in a safe manner. Strives to provide a work environment that protects the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone
Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, identify the key issues, establish and evaluate alternative courses of action and produce logical, practical and acceptable solutions
Ability to lead, encourage, inspire and support others to deliver. Has the ability to understand how individuals, at all levels and from all backgrounds, operate and how best to use that understanding to achieve objectives in the most efficient and effective way
Knowledge and abilities on how to accomplish commissioning and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as other specific tasks
