Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide commercial input during all stages of project development.
Data Management: Maintain cost databases and benchmarks specifically for roadworks, bridges, interchanges, and associated civil infrastructure.
Commercial Administration: Manage variations, claims, and invoicing processes, liaising with clients to ensure timely certification and payments.
Tender & Contract Support: Prepare engineer’s estimates, evaluate contractor submissions, and respond to tender queries in line with contractual obligations.
Pre-Contract Activities: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and bidders to support smooth contract finalisation.

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Knowledge of RTA approval processes, standards, and regulations is essential.
Proficiency in estimation and QS tools (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
RICS membership or progress toward qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the UAE, with a strong track record in roads and bridges projects.
Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction law.
