As a senior member of the finance leadership team, you will oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensuring integrity in reporting and compliance with international accounting standards. You’ll also provide strategic financial insights to support growth, efficiency, and informed business decisions.

Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP standards.
Oversee the external audit process and ensure smooth coordination with auditors.
Partner with functional heads to manage costs, identify efficiencies, and support business growth.
Lead all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Develop financial models and projections to guide strategic decisions and optimise cash flow.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiency.
Strengthen internal control frameworks and accounting policies to safeguard assets and minimise financial risk.
Ensure full compliance with tax, audit, and statutory reporting obligations.
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
Perform variance and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to leadership teams.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, compliance, and control functions for a growing technology-driven organisation. This is a key finance leadership position, responsible for driving accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence across all accounting and reporting activities.

EA License: 16S8131

Proven track record in financial management, compliance, and operational improvement.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and financial metrics common to the technology sector.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA highly preferred.
Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of Finance and Accounting experience in a leadership role
