- Prepare plans for water and wastewater systems, write specifications, analysis and studylevel reports for water and wastewater treatment distribution and collection systems, determine appropriate design methods, equipment sizing and selection, and work directly with the owner
- Support planning level, preliminary, and detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment facilities under instruction from the Project Engineer or person in responsible charge
- Conduct quality control reviews of completed designs
