We’re looking for a passionate and proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing, engaging, and placing talented professionals in civil engineering design roles. As the key link between candidates and clients, you'll be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions and creating value across both sides of the recruitment process.

  • Business Development: Identify new clients, attend industry events, and build our network within civil engineering design to expand business opportunities.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to continuous improvement, refining our recruitment processes and enhancing service delivery for candidates and clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, and provide staffing solutions that meet their project requirements.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through every step, from interviews and onboarding to contract negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring precise candidate assessments and placements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, attract, and screen candidates using various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for civil engineering design roles.
  • Job Marketing: Craft compelling job ads and market roles effectively to attract top candidates.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients on best practices, rates, and workforce developments.
