A Day in the Life We are looking for a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This position is often the first contact our customers have with our company, Customer Service skills and friendly/helpful demeanor are required! Must be self-motivated and organized! Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software are key to the success of this role as well · File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.· Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.· Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.· Lead and track the Service Departments AP and AR · Manage various project related documents· Track and report service inventory allocation.· Maintain employee paperwork · Other duties as required/assigned.
