Our goal is to employ innovation and strategic thinking by capital project subject matter experts to deliver optimum project results. -Maintain accurate document logs, transmittals, and tracking systems. -Develop high-impact marketing content that showcases PTAG’s expertise. -Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely processing and distribution of documentation. -Ensure all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and stored in compliance with project standards. -Support PMIS implementation by organizing and managing project correspondence, RFIs, and submittals. -Engage with industry leaders and participate in high-profile events.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. -Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or project administration. -Hands-on experience managing correspondence, RFIs, and submittals in professional document management systems.
