The role will support project leadership and clients in creating schedules for all project phases, assist cost and planning experts with proposal preparation, generate regular progress and earned‑value reports, and recommend corrective actions under supervision. It also involves maintaining project budgets, tracking actual costs and producing accurate cost forecasts.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related discipline (OIQ registration preferred) and have 7–15 years of planning experience across the full project lifecycle. Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other planning tools, advanced Excel and dashboard skills, familiarity with AACEI best practices, and strong communication abilities in French and English are required.
- Utilise Primavera P6, MS Project, Tilos, Ecosys, Aconex and advanced Excel dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
- Communicate clearly in both French and English, producing well‑written documentation.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field (OIQ preferred).
- Possess 7–15 years of experience in project planning across the full lifecycle.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Primavera P6 and other planning/control software.
- Show advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Exhibit strong planning, organization and pressure‑handling abilities.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
