The role involves providing leadership and oversight for electrical service operations, partnering with general managers and field leadership to ensure consistent execution of Paschal standards, and recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing electricians, technicians, and support staff across locations.
The manager will coach and mentor location leaders, establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction, manage departmental budgets, and identify operational gaps to implement process improvements.
Additional responsibilities include resolving escalated customer concerns, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations, overseeing inventory standards, championing safety initiatives, supporting growth initiatives such as new market expansion, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Lead electrical service operations across multiple branch locations
- Partner with General Managers and field leaders to enforce Paschal standards
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop electricians, technicians, and support staff
- Coach location leaders to improve performance, accountability, and engagement

- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for scalability

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations
- Oversee inventory, tools, and equipment standards
- Champion safety initiatives and enforce safety policies

Candidates must have proven ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations, a customer‑first mindset, a valid driver’s license, the required professional certifications or licenses, several years of electrical services experience with progressive leadership, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
