Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to local, state, and federal regulation
Applies Human Resources methodology to ensure the accurate application of programs and processes to support company policies and practices, such as; processing new hires and maintaining personnel files.
Performs activities in Accounts Payable, such as; keying vouchers, customer relations, ensuring timely check disbursements and other routine duties associated with accounts payable.
Performs miscellaneous purchasing, office logistics, vendor coordination, and maintains files.
Greets visitors, accepts, screens and routes communications.
Completes client invoicing, administers the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial reporting functions for the district utilizing accounting software.
Supports field operations by assisting in the set-up of field office(s) for new projects and providing a wide variety of office functions for the field teams.
