The Electrical Project Engineer will work on international projects within a multidisciplinary team, taking responsibility for the complete electrical design from power distribution to the preparation of the bill of materials for all required components. The role includes producing control diagrams using advanced network technologies such as Industrial Ethernet and AS‑i bus, and providing design and drawing sets for electrical enclosures, cabling specifications, installation drawings, and assembly instructions. Detailed designs must be unambiguous and clearly communicated to installers, with checklists used for commissioning from connection through final I/O testing. All work leverages the full functionality of CAD systems (AutoCAD and EPLAN) and incorporates tooling development to optimise engineering execution.
The position is part of the Project Engineering department, which executes projects that integrate mechanical and control components of material handling systems. The engineer works under the supervision of a Project Leader as a member of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
