This is a senior technical role requiring strong coordination between design teams, commercial teams, site management, subcontractors, and clients.
An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services across multiple construction projects. The role covers both pre-construction and project delivery, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and commercial alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and MEP compliance.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of design coordination and technical assurance processes.
- Willingness to travel across sites in the South / West of the M25 and M11/Cambridge corridor.
- Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager, MEP Manager, or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong background in MEP/building services, ideally within a main contracting environment.
- Commercial awareness, including tender analysis and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE)
Note: There may be two roles available, subject to travel flexibility.
