As a key member of the Global Ethics & Compliance team, you will lead product management and strategic alignment for JLL’s multi‑year Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) transformation program. Acting as the primary bridge between Ethics & Compliance and Technology, you will manage the product roadmap for AFC applications, enabling regulatory compliance and operational excellence across JLL’s global operations.
You will serve as the compliance application owner for internal and external AFC solutions, manage the technology backlog, gather and document functional requirements, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Your role includes collaborating with vendors, cross‑functional teams, and E&C subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑quality solutions for sanctions, AML, CTF and KYC activities while tracking success metrics, budgets, and timelines.
The position requires global agility, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to model integrity and effective communication. You must translate functional requirements into technical specifications and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, has 8+ years of product development experience with at least 5 years in financial crime or compliance technology, and is proficient in agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence. AML/CTF certification (e.g., CAMS) and project/program management experience are a plus. This on‑site Chicago role offers a salary range of $140,000‑$200,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and equal‑opportunity employment.
