Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Professional expertise demonstrated through 15+ years of project management experience
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills with the ability to become involved in and remain current on issues relating to a number of concurrent projects in various stages
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization with a strong team-oriented approach
Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university required
Experience in the healthcare and/or federal market sectors preferred
Exceptional client management, customer service orientation, writing and presentation skills
Proven ability developing meaningful professional relationships, working with a variety of personalities, and resolving conflicts with a sense of urgency
Working knowledge of current construction materials and methods and variety of project delivery and contracting processes
Demonstrated experience leading large client user groups through a project design process
Large project experience required. Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods is preferred
Registered Professional Engineer preferred
