Build rapport with field crews and management to encourage open communication and reporting of safety concerns.
Act as a field mentor and resource for site safety representatives and foremen, reinforcing daily safety best practices.
Monitor site conditions and high-risk activities (excavation, demolition, heavy equipment operation, confined space, etc.) for potential hazards and intervene as needed.
Generate clear, actionable safety reports including trend analysis, leading indicators, and project safety metrics.

Deliver ongoing safety training and toolbox talks tailored to job-specific hazards and site conditions.
Conduct regular jobsite safety audits and inspections, ensuring crews follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of OSHA standards (including 1926 Construction Standards), state safety regulations, and industry best practices.
