Develop relationships with clients and third parties working in this sector.
Support the training and development of junior engineers.

Experience leading and co-ordinating project delivery desirable
Broader experience in the field of electrical engineering desirable
Experience of FAT, SAT or commissioning desirable
Assertiveness / willing to take the initiative, e.g. drives projects forward proactively, makes things happen, has a “can do” attitude and develops solutions to problems.
Consulting experience desirable
A broad understanding of the UK electricity system and the various stakeholders within it.
Knowledge of the design and specification of control systems as they pertain to power generation, energy conversion, electricity transmission and distribution systems.
Particular experience of battery storage systems desirable
Ability to adapt to change and confidence to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
Relevant degree (minimum BSc/BEng) required
Adapting to deliver non-core technical capability projects as required
Good interpersonal skills; e.g. relates well to colleagues, clients and business contacts, and can influence to achieve positive results.
