- Capable of safely and proficiently perform emergency spill response activities such as chemical spills, tank cleaning, decontamination, etc.
- Safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing, including ongoing random testing
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions, use good judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- HAZWOPER Certification – Initial 40 hour and current 8 hour refresher (preferred or an employer-paid path will be provided)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to complete reports accurately, demonstrate superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Understand safety protocols and procedures to facilitate a safe work environment
