- Data Platform Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable databases, data models, and supporting infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to deliver data-driven solutions.

- ETL: Deep understanding of ETL concepts and experience with modern ETL platforms.
- Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex data challenges.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). A demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new cloud environments is essential.
- Big Data: Hands-on experience with BigQuery and managing large-scale data sets.
- DevOps: Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
