Description

• Act as a vital link between the Corporate Home Office and the branch, handling employee inquiries and fostering open communication among customers, management, office staff, and service technicians.
• Compute payroll for office staff and work with the payroll representative to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper administrative procedures and policies are followed.
• Assign tasks and shifts to office staff, ensure coverage, and train employees as needed.
• Conduct interviews and contribute to hiring decisions for office employees.
• Communicate with customers, including resolving service complaints.

Requirements

• Pass an acceptable background check per company policy.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective customer service.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
