-Undertake research to identify key decision makers and obtain contact information to be added to records in the CRM -Proactively identify opportunities to promote the businesses software and services -Develop and nurture relationships and sales -Work closely with marketing to use leads captured, looking over full sales cycle -Conduct initial qualification and discovery calls with prospects
