Document production activities using SAP or equivalent data management tools while maintaining safety protocols.
Use computer-based tools to access and apply manufacturing-related documents, including quality and safety confirmations.
Perform physical tasks like standing for shifts, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting to 50 lbs.
Collaborate with team members under the guidance of a Group Lead or Supervisor to meet production goals.
Read blueprints, spot weld steel/galvanized parts, and ensure adherence to ISO and quality standards.
Operate CNC machines and set up brake presses for precision tasks based on blueprint specifications.

Ability to complete 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, show strength & endurance carrying heavy objects weighing between 25 lbs. and 78 lbs. and push 12 lbs. using pulling machining, along with radial flexion and elbow extension under 2.5 minutes.
Advanced knowledge and expertise in brake press setup and operations.
Experience with CNC Punches, Brake Press, and turret die changes per setup sheet.
Ability to read 2D/3D blueprints, apply basic shop math, use mechanical/measuring tools, and demonstrate digital literacy.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Certification in CNC Machining or a similar credential
2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
