Deliver H&S training (monthly, on-boarding, client specific).
Conduct site audits and track corrective actions to closure.
Work with project teams to ensure they have the health & safety tools, training, and knowledge necessary to perform their day-to-day job functions.

Must be fit for duty for multiple sites and activities including, but not limited to, working outdoors in all environments, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, kneeling, walking, for long periods of time, passing a HAZWOPER exam and wearing a respirator.
B.S. in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Strong communication skills including verbal and written, communicating internally and externally.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and leverage relationships to seek continuous improvement opportunities, promote our safety culture, and facilitate H&S in planning and execution of projects.
Familiarity with contaminated site management, characterization, and remediation field activities, and willingness to occasionally support delivery of field activities.
At least 5+ years of consulting experience with a Health & Safety background supporting HAZWOPER environmental and site characterization projects for energy and industrial manufacturing clients.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Professional registrations and certifications (CHMM, CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST, etc.) are preferred.
Highly competent using H&S software, equipment, and other technical tools associated with practice area and can teach others how to use those tools.
Be self-directed and able to work productively and prioritize multiple tasks, initiatives, and projects.
Emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset to engage with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Competence in H&S-related programs, safe work approaches, and can detect potentially unsafe work practices and implement countermeasures. Ability to coach, train, and mentor others.
Direct experience providing H&S support for large-scale environmental projects.
Strong commitment to compliance with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of applicable government regulations, H&S compliance, industrial hygiene, and company policies.
