What you would be doing
  • Manage and implement quarterly Rebate submittals through direct collaboration with Division Purchasing teams.
  • Design and publish dashboards to monitor rebate performance, vendor compliance, and purchasing KPIs.
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to define business solutions through data.
  • Drive ad hoc analysis of product penetration across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with sourcing managers to design rebate programs aligned with RFPs and vendor negotiations.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of process or system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models using Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
  • Create and analyze spending and rebate performance reports.
  • Utilize SQL select statements to query data and support custom reporting.
  • Perform rebate tracking, analysis, and submission, ensuring timely and accurate data.
