As an HVAC/R Technician you will be responsible for delivering reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. The role includes installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling and refrigeration systems, as well as handling emergency service calls and after‑hours rotations. You will work closely with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and electronic HVAC/R systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
- Document all service activities and parts used via company-provided iPad applications.
- Keep the company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in optimal condition.
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to coordinate scheduling and service delivery.
- Identify and propose additional service opportunities to customers.
- Operate a fully equipped company van with an included gas card.
- Start each day from a home‑based dispatch center.
- Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 50 % company match on the first 6 % of contributions.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment up to 100 lb.
- Perform bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.

Qualified candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least two years of recent HVAC/R field experience, possess EPA certification, and maintain a valid driver’s license. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and schematics‑reading skills, combined with a positive attitude and solid work ethic, are essential for success.
