We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reliability Engineer with specialized experience in Weibull analysis and aircraft reliability data. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our aircraft fleet by analyzing failure data, predicting component life, and supporting maintenance optimization strategies.

Knowledge of fleet-wide reliability benchmarking and industry databases (e.g., ACARS, IATA).
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Weibull analysis and other life data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., ReliaSoft, Python, R, Excel VBA).
Experience with prognostics and health management (PHM) systems.
Experience with aviation maintenance data systems (e.g., CAMP, AMOS, TRAX, or similar).
1-2 years of experience in aircraft reliability engineering or maintenance analytics.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTBUR, etc.).
Certification in Reliability Engineering (CRE) or RCM methodologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field.
