Liaise with internal and external counsel, court bailiffs, liquidators and collection agent in the course of work.
Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission.
Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.
Main responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
Responsible for billing related issues and managing the Point of Sales (POS) related issues.
Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.

Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
3 to 5 years of of relevant experience in lease management.
You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organised and have lots of initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP system will have an added advantage.
