Follow Operation Description Sheet (ODS) and Training Documents
Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Prepare input for various management and log reports.
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as GMAW and Plasma Cutter.
Participate in training program as trainee/trainer as required.
This position will work with supervisors and leadman to ensure continuous improvements in work cells, hitting quotas, welding according to pre-set parameters using GMAW welding processes.
The use of various hand tools, machinery and equipment will be required to manufacture metal.

Conduct technical inspections.
Practice and promote 5S throughout facility.
Operate Miller Aluma Pro Mig gun. Successfully apply fit up, fabricate, and weld discipline into standard models.
Complete motor coupling installations
Follow All Safety Policies and Protocols
Maintain safe work practices.
Operate manual and semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
Read and review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings and specifications will function as designed in environment intended for use.
Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair/rework techniques.
Participate in kaizen events.

The ability to scan in and out of work orders is a must.
