The role supports logistics, coordination, and communication across departments and project teams while managing end‑to‑end processes for Maintenance Management Programs. Responsibilities include documentation, asset creation, preventive‑maintenance scheduling, workflow facilitation, reporting, data analysis, and technical writing. The position also acts as a liaison, oversees KPI reporting, training, procurement, invoicing, and coordinates maintenance activities and contractor resources.
Successful candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent experience and at least five years in business processes or systems analysis, particularly within facility maintenance operations. Required skills include experience in regulated environments (cGMP, OSHA, EPA), strong customer‑service and communication abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and CMMS platforms (such as Maximo and SAP), and familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and DMAIC methods. A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage multiple projects, lead change, and exercise sound judgment are also essential.
The position involves regular standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional exposure to mechanical parts, varied temperatures, and noise.
