Experience in conceptual, preliminary and final design of drainage and stormwater
Hydrologic and stormwater/drainage modeling.
Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, Water Resources, or a related field from an accredited four year college or university.
Best management practices (BMPs) for water quality treatment;
Knowledge of Southern California water quality regulations and the Total Maximum Daily Load programs
Experience with supervising staff
Experience with the design of structural BMPs, including infiltration, bioretention basins, bioswales, green streets, and stormwater vaults
Proven business development in the Los Angeles Region, with an understanding of the Measure W Goals
Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
10 years of experience
Experience with hydrology, hydraulic/drainage design and stormwater facility design software.
Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
CA Registered Professional Engineer License (PE)
Experience with Low Impact Development
A minimum of four years experience in the preparation of storm water reports and plans, specifications, and estimates in a design lead role
