Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field and have at least three years of account‑management or sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM and SAP. Experience in process improvement, digital‑tool adoption and change management is required, and the role involves travel as needed.
