Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Other duties include reviewing and/or conducting quality checks of documents, as needed; configuring, updating and maintaining engineering document management systems and permissions; updating and maintaining various distribution matrixes

The Document Control Specialist is responsible for processing internal and external distribution of engineering documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows, and preparing transmittals for document distribution, as directed.
The Document Control Specialist will support and assist the management of engineering documents in accordance with government/company regulations and procedures on various projects.

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Experience with EDMS such as InEight Document, SharePoint, Aconex is preferred
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
