Description
The Leasing Professional drives community occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals through sales, marketing, leasing, and lifestyle programming. This role manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and tours to move‑ins and lease renewals—while also creating and delivering social, wellness, and cultural activities that enhance the resident experience.
- Perform sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, touring, and showcasing apartments.
- Manage leasing process: process applications, screen tenants, prepare leases, and coordinate move‑ins.
- Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and track follow‑up communications.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings to assist marketing strategy development.
- Execute prospect follow‑up via calls, emails, thank‑you notes, and creative delivery items.
- Ensure show units, amenities, and tour paths meet company cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Support lease renewal process by sending notices, meeting residents, and finalizing documents.
- Plan and execute 2–5 daily social, cultural, and wellness events, handling setup, breakdown, and supplies.
- Maintain monthly event calendar, community newsletter, and marketing materials.
- Create resident profiles to tailor events and manage a volunteer program.
- Photograph events and residents for marketing use across print and digital platforms.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to enhance programming and secure sponsorships.
- Arrange and manage transportation for off‑site resident excursions.
- Maintain confidentiality and foster positive resident relationships.
- Welcome new residents on move‑in day, deliver welcome gifts, and ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate unit readiness, moving services, and furniture placement assistance.
- Prepare and distribute move‑in paperwork and resident folders.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials, sales collateral, and outreach packets.
- Participate in community networking events and local association initiatives to generate leads.
- Leverage internet marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Hyly, email, website) to drive traffic.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on tours, move‑ins/outs, and inventory.
- Assist with activity budget preparation and expense management.
- Complete corporate reporting requirements accurately and timely.

The position offers an hourly range of $24.00‑$26.00 plus an owner‑approved bonus structure. Depending on the role (corporate or on‑site), employees may be eligible for quarterly, monthly, or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
