Prepare and review documents and studies related to tenders, FEEDs and Projects,
Actively participate in the development of our discipline and mentor junior engineers,
Manage engineering activities related to the preparation and installation of products,
Deliver an installation work package on a Tender, FEED or Project,
Where necessary co-ordinate a small team of engineers,
Subsea Structures Installation,
Maintain expertise in one or more of the following areas;
Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with the Project standards in terms of Quality, Cost & Time,
Actively participate in the consolidation of discipline expertise,
Validate concepts and manage changes accounting for HSEQ criteria,
Interface with all stakeholders; external (clients, suppliers) and internal (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase),
Support vessel mobilization and installation phases on vessel to support successful project delivery,
Developing operational documentation; procedures, task plans and rigging design,
Offer innovative solutions that enable the reduction of costs.
Deliver work autonomously with minimal supervision,
Maybe required to be the Technical Owner for a subject/product and provide decision making for choice of subcontractor and technical oversight of their work,
Plan, develop and review specific procedures/task plans and associated calculation notes (design lifting slings),

Offshore/Off-site location during project execution phases is required.
Minimum 6 years experience within Offshore/Subsea installation,
Majority of your time will be carried out from Sutton office (not a remote working position),
Fluent in English.
Experience working in deep and ultradeep water construction,
Requirement for international travel,
Mooring Installation, shore-pull and other relevant experience is desirable,
