The role manages the implementation of design management systems, ensuring they meet business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements. It acts as an enabler for change and business improvement while overseeing all phases of design management and coordinating with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams.

The position provides operational support for design management resources, promotes knowledge sharing through the Company’s reach‑back and Centre of Excellence, and works collaboratively toward the net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing project‑related emissions.

Coordinate activities to deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget.
Guide daily activities of the design management team for projects.
Ensure briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
Provide operational support for design management resources deployed to projects.
Interpret and present management review data and KPIs to stakeholders.
Support business development and work‑winning activities.
Maintain management system and governance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Review, collate, analyse, and present data and key metrics for management reviews.
Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate teams to ensure aligned deliverables.
Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions.
