Branch Manager

• Support customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
• Review and approve estimates, billing, and job completion reports
• Conduct annual performance reviews and employee development plans
• Ensure branch facility upkeep and compliance with company policies
• Maintain production capacity through proper staffing, equipment, and supply management
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and forecasts
• Hire, train, and develop branch employees
• Lead, manage, and hold field personnel accountable for goals and KPIs
• Oversee branch budget, financial performance, and reporting
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Adaptability, professionalism, and proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• 5+ years of experience in production, operations, or management role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions

Compensation: $100K-$150K per year (DOE + Performance Bonuses)
