We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Transport Group in a pivotal support role that will shape how our teams operate and engage with clients. As the ‘go to’ person within the team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and producing high-quality deliverables. From supporting high-profile projects to coordinating internal processes, your contributions will directly influence our success. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, assist with bids and marketing efforts, and help onboard new team members—all while promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be supporting a wide range of activities—from project administration and document production to event planning and recruitment coordination. You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft tools, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to contribute ideas that enhance how we work. Whether you're proofreading a report, scheduling interviews, or helping a new starter feel welcome, your attention to detail and people-first mindset will be key to your success.

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in a similar support role, ideally within professional services or a multidisciplinary environment, with familiarity in standard office administrative procedures.
  • Organisational Excellence: Highly organised and selfmotivated, with strong planning, time management, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Digital & Technical Proficiency: Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI, with a keen interest in digital working and process improvement.
