Building Consultants and Building Surveyors

This is a full-time role for a Building Consultant / Building Surveyor processing Building Consents.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in this role and therefore is Reg 18 compliant. You should be experienced processing Res 2 and 3 consents.

• Diploma or Degree in Construction related field
• Experience processing Building Consents to the NZ Building Code and Act
• Diploma in Building Surveying
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

The majority of our work is complex residential, so PBC is a great place to grow your knowledge.

Our team are predominantly based in our Highbrook office, with the flexibility of working from home a couple of days a week. We also have team members who live outside of Auckland and work from their own home office.
