Manage team leaders in the department and drive accountability
Teaches team members in the use, care and maintenance of equipment; also maintaining safety standards and practices
Assist production personnel through routine communication of plate appearance, portion sizes, garnishes, condiments, etc
Address feedback from residents and team members via Kiosks, Community App, We Care Connect and other channels available to our residents
Coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure quality service is provided to residents; ensuring standards of service are consistently followed
Serve as the primary contact for resident service regarding dining hospitality and catering concerns
Ensure all catering functions are timely and in line with Givens Estates standards of excellence

Must have a valid NC Drivers License with no major violations in the last 5 years
