Hands-on proficiency with product and operational tooling (i.e., Jira, Pendo, analytics dashboards) and the ability to leverage these tools to surface insights, guide decisions, and improve team performance
A data-informed, product-thinking mindset with the ability to diagnose delivery friction, interpret team and product KPIs, and coach teams toward measurable improvements in customer and business outcomes
5+ years of experience coaching Agile product teams or operating in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile leadership role within a modern product organization
Proven ability to apply the Theory of Constraints in real-world product environments - removing bottlenecks, optimizing the order of operations, and reducing opportunity and input costs to accelerate value delivery and improve ROI.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive alignment from teams through executive leadership
