The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee resources—including equipment and personnel—to achieve maximum efficiency and meet performance targets. This role holds authority over budgeting, scheduling, EHS, quality, manufacturing engineering, production control, and overall operations.
Key duties include ensuring manufacturing processes are executed safely, with high quality and on schedule, while leading the Aero Power Turbine Subassembly cell and developing its team. The manager will establish standards, address gaps, coordinate capacity planning, drive Lean‑based productivity improvements, control inventory and costs, and promote a culture of innovation, 5S and Kaizen. Additionally, the role involves communicating company policies, training staff on EHS compliance, and applying the Global Star HRO framework.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration and have at least five years of experience in manufacturing rotating equipment. Required skills include strong machining and fabrication knowledge, results‑oriented team leadership, continuous personal development, effective communication and presentation abilities, and fluency in English.
