- 10+ years of concrete construction project management and/or estimating experience, with at least 5 years in Senior PM or Project Executive roles.
- Ability to analyze and forecast costs at completion using metrics such as labor production rates, equipment utilization, formwork systems, and material costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training/experience (PE license a strong plus).
- Proven expertise in structural and tilt-up concrete, including design, tolerances, and specifications.
- Polished, professional communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to clients, executives, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
