- Plan the layout of HVAC units/piping, using drawings
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
- Perform maintenance of water supply systems
- Testing of piping systems with nitrogen, air and water
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as boilers, radiators, AC Units or heaters, using hand or power tools

- Must be legally able to work with necessary paperwork, if not please don’t apply
- OSHA 30 & SST Card
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Ability to handle HVAC/plumbing tools and equipment
- Experience with hot water, chilled, condenser water, steam and refrigeration piping systems
- FDNY G60 & F60
- Ability to read/follow blueprints, layout and run own projects
- Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
