Telecom Construction Field Supervisor

Provides engineering, construction, installation and management of broadband and IoT infrastructure.
Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary adjustments.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project integrity.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecom degree in Telecommunications, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OSP/FTTH telecom construction or project coordination.
Primarily office-based with regular site visits required.
Familiarity with fiber optic and wireless communication systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to navigate construction sites, including walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, construction processes, and relevant industry standards.
Must be willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
