Conduct regular site inspections, audits, field observations, interactions, and interventions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards
Promote continuous improvement by identifying trends, recommending best practices, and supporting cultural safety initiatives
Review and suggest improvements to task planning in the field
Assist with coordination of emergency response plans and drills
Partner with project leadership and subcontractors to drive proactive safety performance
Review contractor and trade partner safety plans and verify adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions for contractors and site personnel
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of site-specific health and safety programs
Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE, safety equipment, and life-safety systems
Participate in daily coordination meetings to provide EHS updates and guidance
Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting, and documentation, including tracking and trending safety results and indicators
Monitor high-risk activities such as crane operations, electrical work, and confined space entry
Support development and implementation of hazard communication programs
