Customer Service Supervisor

Description

• Resolve complex customer enquiries and escalations efficiently and safely.
• Supervise and motivate the Customer Service team, setting clear objectives and providing feedback.
• Coordinate daily workflow and priorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Operations to meet customer demands.
• Generate sales opportunities, prepare quotes and support sales teams nationwide.
• Provide internal feedback on customers and competitors to Sales teams.
• Prevent order escalations and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Lead problem‑solving in ambiguous situations and make data‑driven decisions.
• Quickly learn and apply new IT systems with high attention to detail.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining safety standards.

• Communicate, negotiate and resolve issues with strong interpersonal skills.
