Tasks

-Track project progress and performance. -Lead projects exceeding $1M in annual revenue. -Ensure timely and accurate invoice and collection processes. -Secure water resources related work with current and future clients. -Develop, train, and mentor teams. -Effectively communicate project goals, alternatives, recommendations, and outcomes. -Provide technical expertise related to water resources projects. -Define project scope, schedule, and budget, team-oriented. -Anticipate project issues and offer solutions. -Manage staff, sub-consultants, and expenses. -Coach and mentor project staff and other Project Managers.

-Understand OHM services and their relevance to client needs. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -The desire and ability to build strong client relationships. -Expertise in stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure across the Midwest. -Excellent communication and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team environment. -Self-directed, deadline-oriented, and adept at multitasking. -Extensive experience in project scope, schedule, and fee management. -Ability to train entry-level engineers and interns. -5 years' experience in a Project management role. -Dedicated to building strong client and sub-consultant relationships. -Thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys all forms of communication. -Professional Engineering License. -Experienced in mentoring and empowering junior engineers. -OHM Grad School -15 years' minimum of progressively increasing responsibility experience in water resources including managing projects and proposal writing.
