The Manager, Technology Services Security Operations Center/Network Operations Center (SOC/NOC) oversees daily operations, workload management and on-time resolution of activities and incident tickets, ensuring network and security key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory compliance. The role supports Technology Support Services (TSS) and Facility Support Center (FSC), troubleshoots network operations, ensures system security, and manages a 24/7 SOC/NOC technical analyst team, tracking performance and providing professional technical support.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule of three days onsite and two days remote from our Nashville, TN office.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is required, along with five years of technical help-desk experience supporting a multi-site employer and two years of supervisory experience. Required certifications include CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+. Candidates must be proficient in network design principles, LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, TCP/IP, and have strong problem-solving, customer service and analytical skills. Knowledge of ITIL practices, ServiceNow and Microsoft Office is required. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
