  • Environmental & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and enforced and provide the needed leadership around promoting good housekeeping practices and the use of HPI while in the office or on field visits. Ensure compliance with environmental rules and regulations.

  • Emergency Support: Provide support to the operating organizations during system emergencies by redirecting the resources of the group to assist in the fullest possible extent.
  • Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of system updates, enhancements, and fixes, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various Construction areas and the Reporting and Data Analytics team to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication: Establishes an effective line of communication with senior management and organizations being served by the group's construction activities to facilitate the open exchange of shared goals and requirements to be accomplished through the completion of the projects.
  • Lead CworX Platform Management: Oversee the administration and strategic direction of the Maximo-based CworX software solution used across Construction operations. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders during system outages.
  • Drive Phase 2 Implementation: Manage the rollout of Phase 2 designs, system modifications, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and timelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure the system complies with all procedures, SOX and regulatory requirements.

  • Master's Degree and a minimum of six years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field or
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines, Required. Required
  • Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
  • Experience or knowledge of Construction Work Exchange (CworX), Preferred. Preferred
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to lead/manage others
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents
